Where can I get an inexpensive portable generator to power outdoor holiday lights? - holiday lights screensaver

Hello, I'm planning a surprise for my new girlfriend. I want to take in private forests and their surprise with a light and decoration of Christmas a little hot chocolate and music. What makes this stage is whether I can finish it by the people away. Of course I need a generator for electric lighting. I know absolutely nothing about portable generators. I can not do too much and should be restricted. Are they fleeing from the battery or do I need to fill it with gas or something? Any help would be great! Thank you!
