What kind of glue should I use to glue back on the heads of littlest pet shops? - littlest pet shops fotos

They are made of plastic and have the bobble head. My daughters are afraid because a few heads left and wondered if there was a strong enough glue to hold the head? I tried to superglue on other things w / out much luck and rubber cement. It does not work.
